How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
Every new account starts on Pro automatically. After 14 days you drop to Starter unless you upgrade — no card required, nothing charged.
What counts as one audit?
One scored neighborhood for one mode (walk / cycle / drive) at one isochrone time. Re-running the same audit doesn't count. Comparison sets count each side once.
Why is the Pro tier the cheapest in our category?
We don't license proprietary mobility data. We pair OpenStreetMap, GTFS, and census layers with academically anchored scoring (Moreno, Jacobs, Frank et al.) — peer-reviewable instead of black-box.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Annual plans are pre-paid but the next renewal can be cancelled with one click. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the cycle.
