Scope and pricing

Start with a planning question. We establish what the evidence can support and agree the work before quoting a fee and delivery schedule.

Coverage is assessed for the agreed study area. There is no universal city coverage or instant-report commitment.

This is a consultancy engagement. There is no self-service subscription, trial checkout or automatic purchase on this page. An enquiry is not an order or an agreement to start work.

Descriptive neighbourhood pilot

One agreed modelled 15-minute walking boundary, a defined inventory of mapped healthcare, education and community facilities, historical authority context and investigation priorities. PDF, DOCX, evidence CSV and a matching file pack use one canonical snapshot.

Indicative fixed-scope pilot fee: £1,500. Applicable taxes, evidence feasibility and any third-party costs are confirmed in the written quote.

Target delivery: five working days after scope acceptance and all required source, method and boundary decisions. No delivery date is promised before those prerequisites pass.

Capacity, operating status, entrance reachability, indicator scores, forecasts and claimed investment benefits are excluded. This is an indicative proposal; an enquiry is not acceptance or an instruction to start.

  • Deliverables, independent review, fee and timing.
  • Evidence gaps, exclusions and the work needed before release.

What the brief can include

A concise decision brief, supported observations, next investigations and a source/method appendix. PDF and DOCX use the same reviewed snapshot. The agreed scope determines the final contents.

Maps and comparisons require appropriate approved inputs. Unvalidated scores, forecasts, investment returns and statutory approval guarantees are excluded. Delivery depends on the required evidence and review gates passing.

Before you enquire

Do I need a staff account?

No. The workspace is for authorised UrbanCat staff. Discuss the assessment through the enquiry path; client access and delivery arrangements are agreed separately.

Can you assess any location immediately?

We confirm source coverage and suitability for your area before agreeing the scope. Unavailable evidence is an explicit gap, not a substitute score.

Is the preview a finished client report?

No. It is a format-only example from the actual report component. It contains no numerical client evidence or independent approval.

What if the evidence is not sufficient?

We explain the gap and discuss further investigation or an agreed scope decision. We do not silently remove required evidence to release a report.

What are the service terms?

Fee, timing, deliverables, review and delivery arrangements must be confirmed in the engagement agreement. This page does not promise a response deadline, refund policy or automatic renewal.
